Shifted to Faculty of Engineering & Technology (Co-Education), Sharnbasva University in the year 2018.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs):

PEO1

Produce industry-ready engineers in the area of Electronics and Communication Engineering.

PEO2

All graduates will become successful electronics engineering professionals with leadership and managerial qualities in the modern electronics industry based on strong skills on theoretical and practical foundation.

All graduates will exhibit professional ethics and ethical values and the capability of working as an individual and as a team.



Program Specific Objectives (PSOs):

PSO1

Achieving academic excellence through innovatively designing various circuits & systems for applications in Electronic Circuits, Communication, Signal Processing, Control Systems, Networking, and VLSI & Embedded Systems within Electronics & Communication Engineering.

PSO2

To enhance the ability of students to select & apply Modern Engineering hardware & Software tools to analyze & design engineering problems

PSO3

Demonstrate leadership and management skills and make efforts for the betterment of the organization, Environment, and Society.



Program Outcomes (POs):

PO1

Engineering Knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, natural science, computing, engineering fundamentals and an engineering specialization as specified in WK1 to WK4 respectively to develop to the solution of complex engineering problems.

PO2

Problem Analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature and analyse complex engineering problems reaching substantiated with consideration for sustainable development. (WK1 to WK4)

PO3

Design/Development of Solutions: Design creative solutions for complex engineering problems and design/develop systems/components/processes to meet identified needs with consideration for the public health and safety, whole-life cost, net zero carbon, culture, society and environment as required. (WK5)

PO4

Conduct Investigations of Complex Problems: Conduct investigations of complex engineering problems using research-based knowledge including design of experiments, modelling, analysis & interpretation of data to provide valid conclusions. (WK8).

Engineering Tool Usage: Create, select and apply appropriate techniques, resources and modern engineering & IT tools, including prediction and modelling recognizing their limitations to solve complex engineering problems. (WK2 and WK6)

The Engineer and The World: Analyze and evaluate societal and environmental aspects while solving complex engineering problems for its impact on sustainability with reference to economy, health, safety, legal framework, culture and environment. (WK1, WK5, and WK7).
