Sharnbasva University is committed to providing a transparent, responsive, and student-friendly environment. The Student Grievance Redressal System has been established to address the concerns and grievances of students in a fair and timely manner.

This system ensures that all students have access to a platform where their issues related to academics, administration, facilities, or personal welfare can be heard, addressed, and resolved effectively.

Objectives

  • Provide a mechanism for redressing student complaints

  • Ensure fairness, accountability, and confidentiality in grievance handling

  • Promote a campus culture of openness, mutual respect, and constructive feedback

  • Build trust and transparency between students and university administration

Grievance Categories May Include

  • Academic issues (evaluation, attendance, exam-related concerns)

  • Administrative delays or miscommunication

  • Hostel and campus facility concerns

  • Harassment or discriminatory practices

  • Any other genuine difficulty impacting the student experience

How It Works

  • Students can submit grievances through an online portal  ( Click Here ) or offline complaint box

  • Grievances are reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee

  • Action is taken within a stipulated time frame following proper inquiry

  • Students are notified of outcomes in a transparent manner

Sharnbasva University is dedicated to ensuring that every student feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their academic journey.
